Can you post an actual pix of the loft and how it is located in your yard. It would be easier to give detailed ideas, knowing surroundings and limitations.
I still have some other ideas up my sleeve, but would be better if I had a visual of actual loft.
I am not very much informed in pigeon genetics, and somewhat limited to dealing with injuries, but do consider myself pretty good at pigeon, and chicken housing.

I completely forgot to take pictures this morning and I won't be home until dark so heres an old picture. Its backed up against the fence but if I made the loft deeper I could simply move it forward a bit. I built it so that just two people could move it with ease.
Its 4 feet long, 4 feet tall, and 2 feet deep. The aviary is 2x2 as well, and the doors have a sheet of plastic over them to block the wind.

Olive has blue feathers all around her tail and a few out of place white ones in her wings, but I am the last person to care about matching the show standard! She is the best pigeon!

If the back is screwed on as one piece, maybe you could remove it, replace the side panels with deeper ones, and reattach the back? Wouldn’t even have to take the roosts off the back panel. Just add 2 more legs on the back, leave the current ones for middle support. You’d have to replace or add to the floor and roof too, but might be simple enough.

Agreed! I even like it on Rocky. Unique things make it easier to tell them apart too.

My loft is 6'wide x 5'high x 3'deep. The doors are off to one side so I have the nest areas on one side. Boomer decided to nest on the floor so I had to hastily erect a box for them! My doninat cock has unsurprisingly took the top nest box adjacent to the entry trap. He does chase the others off when they come into land but so long as they get through the wires they are fine. None of mine are overtly dominant so there doesn't tend to be any fighting over food or girls. I'd probably separate your dominant cock if he is preventing the other one from eating. If you can extend one side of the loft it may work better for you.
