@backyard pigeons - Love those pics. The baby whites are amazing, I don't have any whites. Do you have to protect the squeakers or are they safe in the breeders loft?

They are my last homers in my breeders coop. I wanted to move them to my new loft, but they were on eggs, so once the babies are bigger, they will be going to a new coop. So since its mainly my rollers and tumblers in the coop I don't have to worry about scalping due to their calm nature. sure makes things easy on my part. I have never had an injured baby because of other pigeons in that coop.

I honostly can't imagine having to separate speakers and all.

All is good here just been busy...
Congrats on all the new eggs and squeakers! They're all so adorable!
And the ones growing so well too.. I cant get over how fast they grow!

BP.. great job getting the puss out of Little Jake.. he's a good looking fella.
And dont get excited.. no pigeons here yet.. lots of 'lings tho..
CCUK... Im so sorry about the lost pigeons ( hopeing the last 3 return) and for the loss your lovely hen....
But the new ones, pigeons and chickens, are beautiful! Im glad they came your way so quickly..

Serin.. the littles have grown so quickly and are absolutely adorable! Im glad to hear Olive is doing so well around them.

Hi FMF ! I was beginning to wonder how you've been! As you can see there has been alot happening! Lost birds, found birds, new birds, baby birds! How are all yours doing? Not giving you the run around I hope!

Lots happening for sure! Didn't think Id ever catch up again..
All is good here thanks.. my birds are still ignoring my downsizing memo.
22 lings so far and got another duck hiding now, she's a smart one.. Ive tried following her to her nest, from a good distance of course, and trying to be stealthy, but she's on to me.. she waits till I cant stand around hiding anylonger and dashes of quick as lightning..
Then theres the 8 broody hens that I keep stealing eggs from, to the point they growl a bit but just stand up and let me have them.... but they just keep sitting on nothin. I'll just keep taking eggs tho.. eventually they'll give up..

I haven't counted today but I got 4/4 from the new girls and jellybean, the legbar lays green eggs! I have a couple of freeloaders amongst my others though but that's OK! I'm hoping that the new pigeons settle. The Ash red one I keep thinking about bringing inside as she is so sweet and really quite tame but the missus says no ! I'll wait till she goes on holiday, then I'll sends her a picture of how to properly domesticate birds!

I guess they have up and down confused. They thought you want to up-size.

I have 3 ducks sitting now too, I know the longest ones should be hatching any time now. I forgot to write down dates on these.

Most of my chicken hens have finally hatched babies, but my two frizzle cochins that got kicked out by other hens decided to try again. Together. So I gave them 7 eggs last week

I checked under Duff this morning and felt a pip, so I should have a couple more squeakers soon too!
