On the subject of squeakers, I just saw this ad on craigslist. What do y'all think? Do you think Rosie would be more comfortable if I set her up with a companion bird?

I think that they would always like more friends but you got to think about how many pigeons you want in your house. One or two may be OK but any more I think its gonna get messyOn the subject of squeakers, I just saw this ad on craigslist. What do y'all think? what if you got one, and it was a cock? Would you let them breed? Rehoming them wouldn't be easy. Most people don't want a house pigeon. On the subject of squeakers, I just saw this ad on craigslist. I better hold off on that this year.. I did good convincing dh to get the 3 I have now..wow! Now those are some of the best ones I've seen! Love them!
@Fields Mountain Farm if you come to the Louisville pigeon show, you can get some too!
Im glad Boomer showed up and stayed and brought you to this thread! Ive enjoyed following yours and her story along with everyone elses!I've read that they are quite a nervy breed. But the same as my racers that tolerate me but hate being handled, some people have racers that fly to you and land on your head! Don't they @biophiliac! I think if they are handled and respected as youngsters they may be a little tamer! They also prefer to spend alot of time grazing more than flying but I don't think I will be flying them for some time! Your absolutely right about the diversity of pigeons. I would never have envisioned where I would be had boomer not decided to stay with me, they are so fascinating in there antics. I couldnt imagine not having them now!
If he traps, will he be allowed stay?Feral alert! Asylum seeker trying to get in....
