Pipped egg, but what next?

I have my duck sitting on some golden polish chicken eggs. Today one has externally pipped and now I'm left with a problem. I have been setting eggs under my duck everyday for two weeks. Once egg one hatches do I take it and let the duck continue to sit or will she still sit until the others have hatched as well?

She will not sit until they have all hatched. You should take the chick from her and hope she continues to sit afterward. She may not; it hatching might trigger her to move into the next stage of brooding whether you let her keep it or not.
