Hey, Kass, so you know...even when you are not doing this - it still motivates. I am thinking...do I really need to do this, I am tired, I am warm and comfy (I am lazy...), then I read what you are going through and why you are not doing it. My excuse just didn't hold any water at that point.
Please get the meds...all the pain you'll end up going through if you don't just isn't worth it.

I was thinking when we get to the 30ish day of adding 3 more poses, like lotus, boat and warrior (starting w/ easy version of those and working up to harder ones) Boat is another abd, lotus strengthens the back, and warrior the legs and balance.
I was going to up my difficulty today, but didn't feel like it. Maybe Friday I will try a harder level
