Plank Challenge anyone????

I've lost two days. Today, I will start back up. Kass, I really hope you get that sinus infection under control. Those are the worst ever. If resting will make it get better faster...or if additional blood flow will help it get better faster through the exercise...getting better needs to be your priority.

Well today was a bust I couldn't handle the extra pressure in my head or balance. This is my 3rd sinus infection in a row, guess I may have to consider antibiotics, only I don't want to risk driving back to Muskogee.
 
Day 11:
Front 45 sec
L 20 sec
R 25 sec
Reverse 55

I think everything must be getting tired!
Day 12:
Front 55 sec
L 23 sec
R 24 sec
Reverse 68 sec

Hey, Kass, so you know...even when you are not doing this - it still motivates. I am thinking...do I really need to do this, I am tired, I am warm and comfy (I am lazy...), then I read what you are going through and why you are not doing it. My excuse just didn't hold any water at that point.
Please get the meds...all the pain you'll end up going through if you don't just isn't worth it.
 
I haven't been online much. I made it through Day 3, 4, and 5, and then I didn't remember yesterday, so today will be Day 6. I'll record those numbers tonight. My a.m. times are not worth mentioning : \

PL2 50 seconds
SPL1 (R) 45 seconds
SPL2 (L) 50 seconds
RPL1 – 40 seconds


Day 4
PL2 60 seconds
SPL1 (R) 50 seconds
SPL2 (L) 55 seconds
RPL1 – 45 seconds


Day 5
PL2 60 seconds
SPL1 (R) 55 seconds
SPL2 (L) 60 seconds
RPL1 – 45 seconds
 
Still way to dizzy and to much head pressure, but I have a Dr. apt tomorrow. I HATE taking antibiotics, but am so ready to get rid of this sinus infection, this is round 3 and each time they are getting worse.

Reverse 68 sec

Wooo Hoooo you guys are doing great. I just started antibiotics today, so I'm hoping by tomorrow evening my dizziness will be gone enough to attempt again.

I was thinking when we get to the 30ish day of adding 3 more poses, like lotus, boat and warrior (starting w/ easy version of those and working up to harder ones) Boat is another abd, lotus strengthens the back, and warrior the legs and balance.

I was going to up my difficulty today, but didn't feel like it. Maybe Friday I will try a harder level
