Plank Challenge anyone????

Your sticking with it that is what counts!
Talking about sticking with it! You are a great motivator!.... getting back in with only one days worth of antibiotics in ya! Hope you are feeling ok for work tomorrow - sorry you cant make it to Shawnee. I've already added to my flock curtesy of BetsyOK.

Today will be Day 8.... I'm having difficulty getting online, so I'm writing down my times. Hope everyone at the Shawnee show stays warm and dry. It's raining, windy, and super cold here. I'm headed to Tulsa for Deacons Wives' activities in an hour. Hope everyone has a great day : )

SPL1 (R) 55 seconds
SPL2 (L) 60 seconds

Speaking of times not worth recording....

L: 10 sec
R: 18 sec
Reverse: 42 sec

Oh well!
Day 15:
Although by the clock, it is now morning of the 'next' day - since it is still dark - I am going to count this as yesterday (or last night)
Front: 60 sec ( I think my best one yet)
L: 40 sec
R: 40 sec
Reverse: 113 sec

Poco - I applaud you doing even if you have to end up writing the times down! Part of my instant gratification fix is to be able to post.

Well, I was on the truck transporting people to the er until late late, last night, we were busy all day and night so I didn't get mine done yesterday, by the time we stopped (at the time didn't know if it was a stop or a pause) I just fell over into bed. But today I am home so I will get back on the wagon!!!!!

I kinda fell into bed yesterday after the show. The huge bowl of spaghetti I had for dinner didn't help with that either. I think I ended up falling asleep 830 or so. Then, around 2am, the dogs woke me up (stupid possum fell into an empty trash can on the front porch and couldn't get out...of course the dogs wouldn't stop barking...). Sometimes, if awaken around that time - I'm up for a few hours. I think it was the underway watch training that has done that. :(
My mom used to run as an EMT with a volunteer rescue squad in VA a number of years ago and on summer and winter leaves, I would go out and run with her. I get that you never know if it is a stop or pause....so COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from my food/chicken induced coma!
Hey, if you ever want to tell - 'can you believe this' rescue stories - I'd be interested in hearing them. Kinda miss the old days - mom is in the mid seventies now...her days of running rescue squad are a number of years behind us....

I've fallen off the wagon and into the ditch again. Work is kicking my butt. We have two days of testing, and then I'm driving to Texas to pick up my grandson for Christmas break. Mom will be with us starting on Tuesday, so I need to get back A.S.A.P. to make sure she gets settled in. I think vacation is the wrong word for what's about to happen.

Keep going everybody. I'm inspired by the progress everyone is posting.
