SCOOB BAGGED A MINK!
Wife and I were out on first cool night of entire summer when Scoob went down into draw that bisects where pens are located. He had mink cornered in the only patch of green grass on property. Initially I did know what it was so went down to see what was up. First I saw of it was critter jumping at Scoob. After maybe a 5 minute chase Scoob caught and killed the very smelly critter. It is either a female or juvenile male, I think former. Scoob smells now like hiney. These critters can kill a lot of chickens real quick, especially like hens I have brooding on ground.
Again Scoob did good. He did not share with pup. The body must be disposed of otherwise it could find its way into house a puppy play toy.
