I noticed yesterday that 2 chicks were lethargic and pooping almost straight blood. I immediately put them on Sulmet and electrolytes for Cocci and forcd them to drink about 3 cc, but the two died within 2 minutes of eachother after I did so. I forced about the same amount on the rest of them so I knew they had some. I thought they were better, their stool seemed to improve, but this morning they are pooping almost straight blood again, and one looks like its on the verge of lethargy. They are still on sulmet, but not getting any better. what else could be the problem or what else can i do.
