*please help* chicks scared of water and won’t eat chick feed

I just reread your first post.
If you have chick feed that they won't eat, try adding some water, they might just be used to wet food. Don't give too much at once... you don't want the food to get moldy.
If they are not afraid of your hand, use your finger like a beak and peck at things to show them it's good to eat. That's what the mama does with her beak. She also makes an excited bawk bawk sound. We can find video so you can hear it. If you can make that sound, they'll know you are trying to show them something good.

Ok I’ll try showing them things with my finger. I did try putting some of the chick feed on a paper towel today and they did eat a little so I take that as some progress being made

Yes, that is progress! If they are eating it dry, they will need that water.
I found a video so you can hear the mama hen sounds. They will respond to you if they hear this.

They look healthy. Good on you for taking care of them! it's great that they are eating food off the paper towel, you need to think ahead to when are adults now. Releasing them is not a good idea. They probably see you as their mother now, and think that humans are friends. They could be too trusting towards humans, and end up in the hands of someone who is not so friendly, get caught by dogs, cats and such.
Do you have any building knowledge?
Is your yard fully fenced?
Do you have permission to build in your yard? (I'm talking rental, flats, apartments, and grumpy parents)
Do you have acsess to free wood?

I don’t think that people would be an issue here in my neighborhood as there has always been chickens roaming and my neighborhood and they’re just a part of normal life here. My yard isn’t fenced anywhere. I don’t have any building knowledge and could buy or build something for them in the future if needed.

It's amazing how much we enjoy our chickens. :)
So far, they are looking like females (pullets) with small pale combs and dull, even coloring on their feathers. If one or both start getting a pink comb in the next few weeks, you may have to get used to a little crowing.

Do you have other chickens? You can simply use the layer feed, crush it and give that to your chicks. You can give them other things too, bits of lettuce, worms (doesn't Hawaii sell worms for fishing?) or dried meal worms, hard boiled eggs crushed up and just plain green grass. They are plenty old enough to eat stuff that they would be finding in a field with a Mom hen. They look old enough to not drown so I'd put water in the box. When they get thirsty they will drink it! They are cute, good luck!

I have no other chickens and have never cared for chickens before. I’ve been trying to get them to eat some greens as other are suggested. Right now they’re still figuring out that they can actually eat the greens. I also did put a water container in their box which they are slowly getting used to. Thanks for the advice!

Thank you very much for the advice. Since I’m extremely new to all this I learned a lot. I’ve made sure to put the chicks where my cat can’t get to then, I’m pretty she even forgot I even had them! As for trying to put the chicks back with their flock, I have tried, but the chicks didn’t follow the others and tried to follow me instead (?). The only pet store around me is Petco and they told me they had nothing for chickens or chicks but I will try to look more to find that powder you mentioned.
