please help, dont know what to do!

I recently purchased the chicken diaper and tried it out on my Americana. She is generally a calm chicken and very tame. I tried putting the chicken diaper on her, and once I got it on, she just sat down. When I got her to stand up, she started going crazy running around like a maniac. I thought she was going to suffer from a heart attack so I quickly caught her and got it off. I really need to have her be able to wear the diaper because we are making a new chicken coop and she doesn't have anywhere to sleep (the old one was destroyed).

Have you checked if it is squeezing her too much?

It wasn't squeezing her at all. I made sure that it was put on right and comfortable.
