That looks like her oviduct. I can't see if her ovary is there, I don't remember what they look like that well as it has been a while since I did a chicken necropsy. Is it too gross for you to cut into the last part of the tissue that came out and take another picture? Is there a round, firmer than the surrounding tissue structure at the end where the ovary would be if it was there? The tissue appears diffusely inflamed, she may have a infection that caused this to happen. Has she ever had respiratory disease? Best wishes for her recovery. I would provide good supportive care and watch her closely, I have no idea what may come of this. If the oviduct passed but the ovary is still in there functioning that could lead to trouble too.
