Please help hen is having problems breathing

I do hear a couple of sneezes or snicks, so she may have a respiratory infection. Those can be caused by a virus such as infectious bronchitis or ILT, or bacteria such as MG or coryza. I would get some Tylan 50 injectable plus a few 3 ml syringes with 18 or 20 gauge needles at your feed store. Give it orally without the needle 0.25 ml per pound 3 times daily. It won’t help viruses, but it may help MG. Here is a link that lists those 4 diseases above: http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/ps044

If it clears up in a couple of hours, I would just watch her. Hopefully, it is just a piece of food.

She is having stridor, which is when something is partially blocking her airway. That might be swollen tissue in the throat, mucus from a respiratory infection, a foreign body, and sometimes a piece of food. When it is food or mucus, it frequently will clear within a couple of hours. If she has a respiratory infection, she may sneeze occasionally.
X2 does sound like something is in her throat

You’re welcome, but let us know how she is doing tomorrow.
