Please help! Is this a male or female?!

This tetra tint is about 8 weeks old and she is way smaller than the others and her feathers have taken an eternity to come in.. we were wondering if maybe she was a he and not a she? Any input would be great thanks!

Oh good! I guess she's just a little slow feathering out
