No. But he is being extremely active now. He's preening and playing with his toys and the other parakeet.That is good news! Have you seen him drinking and eating?
Yes! He is starting to hold his wing closer to his body now.Is he holding his wing better? Maybe he'll eat when he's done with his morning play time.
I just reapplied the antibiotic ointment and really looked at the wing. Im not sure the bone is broken I think that its sprained and because of the raw skin it hurts him when the feathers touch his skin so that's why he is holding his wing out. HE doesn't seem to be in pain whenever I touch his wing. He's becoming a lot more active and I've even heard him chirp a few times.Great! Follow eggcessive's advise,she's great! But make sure your Triple Antibiotic Ointment does not sat "with pain relief",its not good for chickens so I would not use it on your bird. Best of luck!
