Please help me!!! my hen is lethargic with undigested grains and yellow urates in poop

No she don't have worms for sure. I'm affraid that she could have some liver disease because she makes yellow urates in poop.

OP already mentioned that the chicken had been wormed. I dont believe worms are the problem in this instance.
Yes, but I couldn't find where the OP said what type of wormer they used and if they did a 10 day follow up. I also don't think the problem is worms, so it probably won't be fixed by worming. I guess I should have asked what type of wormer was used, how much, etc.

The vet wormed her and I dont have any informations about that. I took a fecal exam and the results were negative. I'm sure she don't have worms.

I don't think the problem is worms, but what wormer did you use, how much did you give and did you do a follow up dose at 10 days?

As for the yellow urates, I agree, the liver is probably involved, but it's hard to know why. I've had a few with yellow urates die... one had Marek's, one blackhead and one had ascites due to a heart defect, so it really could be anything. All three of those were necropsied by UC Davis.

Call the vet and ask what he/she used. I think fecal exams are good and should be done, but they are not a guarantee and often are false negatives.

I don't know what wormer was used.. I'm so sorry to hear about that. I hope my girl will be fine after this treatment with Flagyl

If piperazine, ivermectin or pyrantel were used as wormer, I think you need to worm again. I also hope the Flagyl clears it up.

He should be able to look at the poop under a scope and check it for bacteria and yeast.
