Please help me sex my welsummers!

I figured they would need to be separate for a while. How long before I can introduce them? I don't want my older pullet to get too lonely.

If you keep them near each other, where they can see each other but have no real contact (including bedding,) they can watch and "talk" all they want.

Will my older pullet be okay on her own that long? And could/should I put them in a common bin with a partition, so they can at least see each other, or would that be a bad idea?
