Please help my broody hen

The trouble walking that you mentioned - has she always been that way or is it a problem since she has gone broody?

The problem started in day 2, she was quite well before sitting on the eggs. I have sprayed her for mite and lice even.

And I give her commercial feed for chicks, fermented feed and rice as well.

A hen of her age should be getting fed a layer feed of some sort, or a grower feed with a side dish of oyster shells for their calcium needs.

Are you feeding her cooked rice or uncooked rice ?
Make sure you cook it first. If chickens eat dry rice, it will blow up when moisture is introduced and this can cause serious digestive problems.

The fermented feed is layer feed and I feed her only well-cooked rice because I know she likes it.
