Ok, Thank you guys for all your help. I wont be able to take him to a vet, so ill search for one of the locations listed on the websites. That would be great. To be honest with you, i am kinda afraid of giving him the shotYou could try the penicillin, but I don't think it's going to help... you could also try draining the fluid, but that might be too hard for a young person to do properly. It would require you having proper skin cleansers, which most people don't have, and they aren't cheap to buy, but if you have betadine or chlorhexidine I could try to talk you through it.

No need to warm the whole bottle... First... ou must shake the bottle really well, as in for several minutes. Then draw up the medication. Once that medication is in the syringe you cal roll the syringe between your palms and fingers to warm it (this is how my vet taught me to do it). Does that make sense? You know how people rub their hands together to warm them up? Do that, but with the syringe between your hands.
