Could it be something going around? The other three are fine, but that makes 2 of six dead, and one dieing. I have heard that some people are having trouble with Rural King birds.

Do you have a heat lamp/mat/plate for your other chicks? They will die eventually if they don't. They are just a bit stronger.

Chicken_tiger_catt I was going to suggest exactly what @Wyorp Rock suggested - the mamma Heating cave. It's just a towel and a heating pad. Your chicks are probably freezing to death. They won't make it till one you ordered gets there.
Here is a step by step on how to make this very easy contraption:

https://www.storybookfarmwv.com/farm/mama-heating-pad-brooder/ OR this:

Two different ways to create it - and if you don't have all the materials on hand, hopefully you can find some inspiration to improvise before the rest of these babies freeze to death.

Just make sure that the heating pad doesn't have an auto-shut off or it will turn off and rapidly lose temp. Or if yours is auto shut off, set an alarm for yourself for when it's expected to turn off so you can turn it back on. It may mean having to get up in the middle of the night several times until your ordered one gets here - but it will keep them alive until then.

And here's a link on how to take care of them for the next 6 weeks. It's very important:

A day maybe. And another one of the chicks is sick. I am starting to think it might be a problem with my local Rural King. This has never happened before
A day or two is too long. They are freezing to death at 70 degrees. It doesn't sound like Rural King. It sounds like too cold. Did you read what almost every person here has said about simple ways to keep them warm until it gets here?
