Please Help!! Silkie Chicken head really injured

Even if you only have two, you have plenty of hens. Is your silkie at the bottom of the pecking order? I know silkies are often at the bottom.

and DEFINITELY keep her separated from the flock. 40 other chickens picking on one poor silkie doesn't sound like something you'd want.

First you have to rinse her head with warm water (and soap if you so desire). Then, you have to GENTLY look and/or feel her head to see if there are any abnormalities.

no, there also is a bunch of blood crusted around and near it. Should I remove it?

I don’t know much about chickens, but I find in my quail, males give punctures and scapes, they tend give a peck or 2 and follow with a kick, then chase, dedicated scalping is usually bullying from hens or some accident where they hit their head, sometimes mild, but then compounded by others pecking it once it’s bleeding.
