How many chickens do you have in that coop/run, including your broody mom, and how many square feet is in your run and coop? If there is stress due to space issues, that might explain the killing.
I can't tell if a predator got the chick or not, hopefully others will chime in.
Do you have an apron on your run, and what is the opening size of the wire that is on your run? Looks like 4"x4" fencing/mesh over chicken wire? You could definitely have a predator getting in if that's the case, you may want to look around the ground and coop and see if you can see anything (dig holes, tracks, etc.).
