Sorry, I’m just really concerned, and new to this but yes I have been picking away at the shell we are on day 23 and she bleed a bit and she’s been moving and she has been peeping

It's day 23? Is it still alive for sure? Thats not the correct way to assist, you should never touch the lower half of the egg. Only the air cell area. There's nothing you can do if there's still veins. Incubated in an incubator or under a broody?

been pipped for 36 hrs bled a bit because of the other chicks by him.

I am about the worst person to give advice on this given my limited history on hatching, but I'd try to keep the membrane moist and keep it in the incubator. Remove the other chicks and hope for the best. Also, don't beat yourself up.
