Please Help! Worried! Peking Duck brooding behavior advice

Pics
The one top center almost looks like it exploded.

Also how does the color of the eggs look compared to a freshly laid egg by this duck?

I have only seen one egg laying at the edge of the pond (which was white) until we found these on June 9th. They do not look like that one did but she also has her nest in dark black mulch. I thought maybe that was why the color was odd. The picture below was taken on June 13th. She has put much more black mulch around now. Notice there was a cracked one then too. She laid 6 more after this picture was taken and June 30th.

Did your husband clean out all the ones that were cracked and broken? Left the rest? I don't know just leave them till they either hatch or continue being cracked or exploding. Maybe the shells aren't strong enough to hold her weight?

He left them. However now there are only 8 eggs. She was gone from her nest from 3:30 am til about 7:00. Just a min ago she took one down to the pond. This is what the egg looked like when she was carrying it. Is that just yoke or a baby? She is back on the nest now. I’m going to try to contact tractor supply and see if they know someone that can incubate or at least candle them. I can keep them warm if they are viable. I won’t be back until Thursday (my dad is in the hospital in NC). I can’t find a rescue in Charleston that will help.

The pic does kinda look like a duckling. Is that a still camera or video? I was wondering if video, can you see it moving, or hear it quacking?
My guess would be a dead hatchling. Like she pulled it out of the shell dead.

And I would remove the egg with the gunk on it, and wipe off the others, and get id of the cracked one. Its likely dead too, but check it before disposing of it.
