Please Help! Worried! Peking Duck brooding behavior advice

The pic does kinda look like a duckling. Is that a still camera or video? I was wondering if video, can you see it moving, or hear it quacking?
My guess would be a dead hatchling. Like she pulled it out of the shell dead.

And I would remove the egg with the gunk on it, and wipe off the others, and get id of the cracked one. Its likely dead too, but check it before disposing of it.

She has discarded all three of the eggs that I posted a picture of yesterday. The picture this morning was the third one.

I took a screen shot from the security video. The audio was not turned on. I will see if I can upload the video. Not sure

My husband has already left for work when this happened. He will look around when he gets home this evening. It was an egg that she picked up. Looked like something was hanging out of the egg

My husband got home and did find an egg with a dead duckling in it. He said it was small. Not like the videos of the ones naturally hatching but again he has never seen any of this before. He took a couple of pics but I have not seen them. This is breaking my heart

As of 3:00 this afternoon when she got off the nest to drink there are 8. Do you think she will continue to do this? Should I get an incubator and try to save the ones that are still there when I get back in town?
