PLEASE HELP!!

I really hope that is the case, she such a sweet hen she one of the only three that will eat from my daughters hand and let her hold her so i really prefer not to lose her. Plus she use to sit on my shoulder and my husbands head we havent let her since she gotten bigger but she still one of out babies. But we cant afford the vet for her (expecting baby so all money goes to the baby).

I haven't seen this, but I've read about something similar, called ascites. There are several threads on BYC about ascites, and the symptoms sound similar to what you've described.

I've had a few hens with EYC (egg yolk peritonitis) - or internal layers. However, this usually happens with older hens that have been laying for at least a year or two. High-production breeds are much more vulnerable to becoming internal layers. When at its worst, the hens with EYP walked more upright and waddled - like a penguin. They also become less active, and their vents were very messy with liquid-like poo and egg drainage. (Sorry about the graphic description.)

Regardless, you may want to isolate the hen so you can monitor feed and water intake, as well as poo output.

Ok so this morning all of my normal layers laid and she still hasnt laid i have her in the tub in warm water. She slightly more swollem today. I still dont feel an egg.

Pullets that just start laying can be very irregular. You say she is acting normally, so she is probably just adjusting to laying.

Make sure she has access to oyster shell and don't worry so much.
