They might have it over in the pet section in pills if they don't have it in pharmacy. You could smash the pills and add to their feed. 150mgs per cup of feed .Check on label niacin dose. B3

Alright, so I should add both niacin and brewers yeast to the polyvisol, prednisone and vitamin E?

No use either niacin or the Brewers yeast but no need to use both. If you decide to use niacin you need to make sure it's plain no time released or flush free.

She is currently still the same with the wry neck She seems to be under weight and is much smaller than the other duck. I'm feeding her twice a day, even though she is still able to walk and eat/drink herself. We are currently at every other day with the prednisone until we use it up.

How old again? ducklings need to each constantly when young so feeding 2X a day may not be enough. Are you monitoring how much she is eating when she is doing it on her own?
