Plymouth Rock thread!

Hi All
I am new to this site, from England a few pictures of my Large Barred Plymouth Rocks
I only breed Pullets at the moment hence the light cockerels (roosters)

I have some picture hopefully when I am verified I can share these with you I will keep trying to upload.

Wow, love those pictures britrock. I would love to get some rocks from this line. Funny, I started out a few years back with nothing but barred rocks (hence the name) but I sold them all. If I could get a hold of some pure heritage birds I'd love to start working with them again.

Britrock, those birds look Big, with beautiful markings. Do they have a nice disposition to go with all the other lovely attributes?

Hi

They are very big, the pullets are only 19 weeks. They are a little different from your American strains. I am in the process of breeding to increase size and type.
I will post a photo of the son as soon as I get a chance, I would love to mix some USA strains in with mine. They are very friendly and happy to jump on my shoulder, they are now laying well and it's cold here to.

I am trying desperately to find some Barred Rocks like Britts. Anyone have any eggs for hatching?
