Polish crested rooster getting head pecked bloody! Help!

This Pullet is Hello Kitty.after the first round of pecking,.her feathers were growing back and this time it's worse than ever. I'm spraying with Vetericyn and keeping her in for a few days, her personality is very good and extremely social with the others, so someone just has a bad habit. Hope I can figure out how to curb it. She's black and blue, no hematoma but it looks awful...The 7 pullets are all about 9 weeks...3 Polish, 3 Brahmas and 1 Bearded Americauna...she's the only one it's happening to.

Mine is a victim of the ladies too *cry*cry* This morning Julio had bloody head. What kind of crate should I get? If i separate him for a while, can i put them back together again someday? What can stop this picking????? Oh please help meeeee!!!!
