Polish Question (WCBlue and WCBlack)

I have a question about my polish. I have WCBlue and WCBlack polish. Each are penned separate from each other. I am wondering if the Blue Black and Splash rules would apply. For instance, out of my WCBlues would I get and WCBlack? Or if I had a WCBlack hen in with the WCBlues what would it produce?

I guess I am debating weather the WCBlacks could at all be beneficial to my blues?
