polish/silkie cross

Here's 3 of ours~
Came from a blue polish and a porcelain silkie
(The lighter girl has messy hair, but she basically looks just like the blue one when it isn't)

And then this is a baby with the mixed guy above bred back to a blue polish girl

Did you end up breeding these two? Can you post some pics? I'm planning on breeding my white Silkie roo with my white crested black polish hen this spring.

Seems like it would be really, really difficult to get to the point where you have a bird that looks mostly polish (large crest and v comb at least), but also has silkie feathering.

i am late to the party, but i got 2 new rescues today, they are about 1 month old (yes there is a quail in the background ) i think one of the two has the "silkie feathers"

Does anyone have more pictures? I have three adult silkie hens and three baby polish and if I get any roosters I plan to try to hatch out some of their eggs.

Also, two of my silkie hens don't have vaulted skulls and the third one I does and all three of my polish have vaulted skulls, so will I only get chicks with vaulted skulls from the third hen and a mix of chicks without vaults and with vaults from the other two hens?
