Placement of the coop isn't legal given the required set-backs with property lines.


My neighbors don't mind and actually prefer the present location rather than the 'legal' one.

Illegal, in the process of becoming Legal. Of course I am planning on moving to the country with in the next 5 years, just need to finish paying off my student loan and save some $ for a down payment. Hopefully I can get a farm loan....

Forest Grove oregon,,,, I was an outlaw,, with up to 6 hens , for the past two years along with a lot of other folks,
city council decided not to charge, harass or spend time on chicken issues unless the neighbor complains,,,, this is a big change from... NO CHICKENs at all., recession has had a lot to do with it. change just this week.
Portland oregon a few miles away, has very liberal chicken laws, but we had an amimal hater on the council for a few years, recession is here to stay.
