~Poll~ How do you like your eggs?

Up til today, we had quail eggs galore but no chicken eggs. We use them like chicken eggs, and also pickled.

How do I like eggs? Without the shell (I just like eggs!). I checked most of the boxes — the ones I didn’t check are mostly things I haven’t tried yet.

I have a girlfriend who says she is allergic to chicken eggs yet she can eat my quail eggs with no issues. I don't understand.

When I was researching quail I kept running across snippets saying that people who are allergic to chicken eggs can often eat quail eggs with no problem. Like ChickenOwner said, its probably a particular protein.

I like my eggs juggled by a blind folded clown and then made into a cheesy spinach and mushroom omelette and served to me by a mime riding a unicycle.

It funny, I can’t stand bantam eggs. At least for the Sebright eggs. They had a weird aftertaste I couldn’t bare! But regular chicken eggs and quail eggs are fine.

Scrambled with cheese is probably my favorite. Fried is my next favorite. But the yolks H A V E to be done.
