Absolutely. Although, I prefer my fried eggs over-medium. The yolk should be runny, but not the white. Undercooked egg white looks too much like snot to me.

I like the yolk better than the whites since the whites are so...plain. I definitely like/eat eggs more when they are fried though. Then the yolks are definitely the best cause the whites can end up all gloopy and gross. I used to eat eggs super often but now I definitely do not eat them as much.

Eggs are awesome pretty much however they are cooked. Unless, when they are hard-boiled, they are overcooked and the yolks are green on the outside and the yolks are dry and chalky, then yuck. Just start the eggs in cold water, then bring to a boil, turn off the heat, cover and let set for 10 minutes, then shock in ice water. Done! Perfection!

My problem is getting busy with something else while they come to a boil. By the time I notice, there’s no telling how long they’ve boiled; and the only thing they’re good for is using as tennis balls.

Having the attention span of a goldfish really stinks sometimes.

I put a lid on mine and listen for it to rattle, that helps. I've found that for a dozen eggs it takes about 15 ~ 20 minutes.

I had this thing called a tea egg a while ago. Although I do not eat it often, I would never give that to a dog. Just wanted to point that out.
