Poop and egg

Does anyone else have a hen who poops every time she lays her eggs? I have one hen who does this all the time! She is parasite free and no worms… her poop looks healthy but she always lays an egg with it..she does take a long time to lay her eggs so I contribute this habit to that… any others with this issue with their hens?

Some birds have a hard time shutting off the poop chute, so to speak. It might resolve over time, or it might just be an ongoing annoyance to deal with. Hopefully the former and not the latter.
