Poorly 11 week old naked neck

my naked neck who is now 11 weeks old is perky but her wings are spread from her body she feels light and her crop isn’t full.
When she tries to eat her head goes near but not far enough to get the food. She also has this with drinking
She pooped for me and it was clear with a few pieces of food which was undigested.
Also her voice sounds like a flock of geese going overhead nothing like the cheeping of her sisters!
Please help she’s my lil baby

Can you post some photos of her and the poop? (a video of her actions would be good, post it to youtube or a similar platform then provide us a link)
What do you feed your chick (including treats)?

Sometimes it's hard to know what's wrong when one is sick. The first thing I would look at due to her age would be Coccidiosis. Can your vet run a fecal float for you to check for that? Treatment is with a Coccidiostat like Amprolium. I believe you are in the UK so look for Coxoid at your feed or pet store.

Some of the symptoms you describe sound neurological so she may also have a disease like Marek's, but I would try the treatment for Coccidiosis first.
