Possible Bumble foot. Please help!

I’m back. He is roosting right now I’m going to take a look at him tomorrow. I have looked into removing the spot but want to make sure I’m making the right decision. If anyone else has any suggestions I would appreciate it. I also noticed that his feet have red along them, is that normal? It’s in the above pics I’ll get some better ones tomorrow.
 
I think that is bumblefoot... How hard is that black area? Just in case you don't know, that black flesh is all dead or dying flesh... It is infected based off of the green ooze... I recommend flushing with peroxide several times then with warm water to flush away the peroxide. Keep his foot clean and warm to encourage circulation, and hope for the best...
How would I proceed if it was infected?
