Did you check her for and wounds on her butt or feet? Do you have any predetors around? Maybe she has fly strike.

The calcium tablet @azygous mentioned would be much better, although Tums is better than nothing.
Oyster shell is not enough when a hen is egg bound.

The hen can't stand because the stuck egg is pinching off a nerve in her leg.

Notice the bottle of calcium I pictured is calcium citrate. The citrate form is what I recommend because it works fastest of all the forms of calcium. Tums and oyster shell are calcium carbonate and they are good, but they work too slowly in an emergency.

@Vonnp1 The calcium needs to be given immediately. I lost a hen this spring because I didn’t get calcium in her quickly enough.
