Well they are both chickens, so I would think yes in therory, but you would want to be careful, I would think you would want a C sized Serama x Bantam Phoenix. The roo has to be large enough to breed with the hen, and you don't want the hen so small she gets hurt either. I know Serama roos have been succesful with various other Bantam breeds. Not sure though if anyone has had this specific cross happen yet though.Can a phoeinix roo breed with a serama hen?
I don't know anything about artificial insemination.I was just curipus due to my phoebix roo and serama heb are in tgr same coop.
tmi but what about artifical insemination if hes to big to mate woth her/ shes to small?
