It's taken over a year to do and still need to buy a little bit of roofing for the bantams, and I lost the photos taken last year (computer crash mid Sept. took everything) but here's the finished coop with it's final paint job. (there's a couple of pix in BYC's archives)

can't seem to move it but this is the under coat so the yellow wouldn't absorb too much into the wood
So the big door leads into my coop, where the picture of the nest is, is where my nest boxes are. Then on the right is what I call the D'uccle Den for my son's bantams. the red chicken is on their nest box door.
Here is my surf shack coop. We have a very tropical backyard and wanted to tie it all together. This coop is 7 ft by 9 ft and the run is 8 by 11 ft. It houses only three chickens right now, so they've got plenty of room.
