post your chicken coop pictures here!

It is beautiful! Ours isn't quite finished yet. Did you put an apron on the pen to predator proof it? We are unsure what to do. The ground is too rocky to bury hardware cloth, So "DH" is planning an apron, but we haven't decided what to cover it with. Great job. I love it.

I vote for a nice grey - looks good year round, doesn't stand out, and it's a timeless color.

*Edit* @Sylvester017 The Swiss army camo pattern would certainly give a dash of color to it

Well, it depends on the colors mixed in the camo. I've seen some fairly pastel beige and tan camos that didn't stand out that much - I think Desert Storm invented the sandy-colored camo's.

Gray is a neutral color also but not as well-blended in a yard as the woodsy tones.

Getting quite decorator savvy, aren't we

If you have rocky ground you might use pavers...they're heavy and should help to keep the apron down...just thinkin' ....

The birds will be inside their run and coop at all times. The run is not built yet. We are making the run next week. The birds will not have the ability to get behind it.
