My Khaki drake's name is Barvaz. Barvaz is Hebrew for duck. All the girls are just "the girls," except for one runner who is called Rowena. This is a fun thread!

Pekin drakes: Sal and Midge (who is very small, maybe part call duck and I refer to him as a girl, though "she" has the drake feather and fancies the hens)

We started with a naming method where they all started with the letter "K"....didn't last long.

I got three girls.
Doogie = a white call with little orange nose and feets and who sqeaks at the end of every quack.
Rory = who is a black and white call mongrel who has just enough of a crest (three feathers) to fall off everything.
Mr. Snoogles = a dove grey and white call mongrel who loves the snoogles... and peas. Actually they all like the peas.

Yup I know they all boy names but they not the most graceful of things so they got saddled with boy names heh.

Our rescue duck's name is Dramanoe. Strange but true. I call her Duck though, she answers to anything really!

I have 4 mallards. The drake's name is Squeak ....he always talked different than the other three when he was a baby (DUH he is a male....figured that out soon haha). Then there is Charlie, thought she was a male cuz she was so large.....mmmmm nope just a big girl! Then I have Goliath, another big girl and she is the prettiest. And last but not least is my favorite. Her name is Gump, she is named after Forest Gump. She has only 1 leg that works. Her leg was broken when I got her.... the vet tried to fix it, but to no avail it stayed bent. So she hops around and I don't clip her wings so she flies around too. I've given up and now she leaves for a day or two and then returns when she feels like it, and I hope each time nothing eats her. If I clipped her wings I would feel horrible if a dog or cat ate her cuz she couldn't get away!
