Happy St. Patrick's day!!!!!!! Here's something you can make fairly easily and quickly, yes you have time to make fresh bread...it takes less than 45 min. prep + baking:
And be sure to add some Dubliner cheese to whatever you make with this bread---together they make a killer grilled cheese sandwich!!!!!
If you try this recipe, the instruction notes include, do NOT over knead. Knead no more than 6X. And the dough should be sticky.

Yes, we love Dubliner cheese!! Not expensive and it comes from grass fed cows!
