It is a grey area to say the least. Although as you quoted, I didn't specify human consumption. And it is edible.

ALTHOUGH, after reading the rules wording a moment ago, I'm moving it to Category #2. The wording in the cat. says "Creature Comfort Foods". A Chicken is a creature. :)
