PPBA Show in Stockton, CA in January?

Boy, can't you just feel the excitement building as the show is fast approaching?

If anyone is interested I have a cute pair of Silver Seabrights as well as a pair of BBR's that I am looking to sell. I can bring to Stockton show any of the three days. Both pairs are just a little over a year old, not sure if they are show quality or not I purchased them from a breeder in Sacramento just because I thought they were cute (both pairs are fertile I have a few fuzzy butts of each in the brooder now). I want to focus more on my ducks and large fowl so trying to get my numbers down a bit. I can't figure out how to post a picture here but I could email them if anyone is interested.

Chickee and I are planning on arriving at around 4 PM Friday. If anyone would like to join us in the sales barn on Friday or come to dinner with us (restaurant has not been decided yet), you can drop me a PM!

Then we'll be spending the night at a hotel nearby and be at the show bright and early! Anyone who wants to peruse the sales barn with us is welcome to join. Otherwise, I'll plan on meeting everyone at noon near the food? If that's still the agreed meeting place and time? I'll have coturnix eggs for theOEGBman and lots of empty feed bags for Cheryl.

One of my friends wants me to send him some nice chicken/fowl feathers. If anyone has some cool feathers you collect from your birds, could you bring them along? I'm not sure what exactly he's doing with them, but some sort of creative project I think. They don't need to be super fancy, just any clean feathers in good condition, nice colors are a plus. I want to try and send him a nice variety!

Thanks everyone! I am so excited for the show! I'm going to try and bring home as few chickens as possible (yeah right, we'll see how that goes

), but I do want a pair of call ducks and/or a pair of black east indies.

Well if things go the way I want them too, yeah right, my car should be going into the shop and I may just get to go to the show after all.

If I go I'm going to try to me there as early as possible, so if anyone wants to meetup, send me a pm, so we can exchange numbers.

OK I"m a complete wreck. I started my list of things not-to-forget for the trip on Friday morning.... it started very nicely with vet rx, clippers, water jug, feed and then I added wine...lots! Party in my room!

Seriously I'm taking and will be with all day my very bestest friend-soul mate for breast cancer surgery tomorrow. Biopsy's show bad stuff, so please keep her, Sharon, family and me in your prayers. I can't believe I have to run off to a chicken show the very next day, of all things....

I've bitten off all my nails....darn and they were just starting to grow...now if I can just stay on my Jenny Craig diet, without binging I won't feel like such a nut.


yikes.... ok adams flea and tick...who uses this and how much and what do I need to get to put on my girls when we leave the show????

Ok sale cages

I bought two, I'm only planning to take the 3 little wheaten roos, if someone wants to use the other cage they are welcome to.

Sale cage question? do we prepare a card with info on them, line age etc to put on cage or do they provide?

Boy I can't wait till this show is over so I don't feel like such an idiot anymore
