PPBA Show in Stockton, CA in January?

The raffle tickets are sold by color. One color are for the breeder raffle, the other is for the general raffle. You take your tickets and put them in the bag of the birds that you are interested in. So you can put 5 in one bag, or spread them out among the breeds. I think the breeder raffle tickets were $1 each, but I honestly do not remember.

Yes, I will be showing White Marans, a FBC pullet, some Dark Brahma Bantams, an Ameraucana, and some Wyandottes in Blue and Black, oh and a few Australorps. I entered 23 birds... will have to see if I get them all washed, lol.

I am finding an abnormal amount of feather on the ground

just hoping they don't start moulting, or I am gonna have to bring different birds than I have been working with

To sell, I am taking a few wyandottes--a couple barred, maybe some golden-laced, buffs and blue-laced reds; and a couple of dark brahma bantams. Today, I do not plan to take any FBC Marans, but that can always change. I have been down with pneumonia for a couple of weeks, so I need to go through the coops and do another check on how the young birds are feathering out... Ask me again next Wednesday, since I am leaving on Thursday, I will have a complete list of who/what is packed.

With SLW you will probably have better luck finding chicks. See if you can get someone to split an order from Paul's Poultry with you.

Looking forward to this, it will be a first for me and the family... does anyone know if they will have any other livestock for the kids to check out???

Where can we find these tickets once we get to the show?

Me too I love stuff like that...but we are paying off an engagement ring (it's so awesome!!) so I'm not sure how many tickets Larry will be on board with me buying!

Wow, congrats Cheryl!

Don't worry, I'll buy enough tickets for the both of us.

I recently got some Call ducks the breeder said are show quality, I am thinking not quite as good as she thinks...but we will see what the judge has to say. So, I am super nervous and very excited

FREE FREE so I have 15 Indian River day olds that I want to give away FREE - I'm just overwhelmed with life right now and wondered if anyone would like them or some of them?

Indian Rivers are Delaware roo over New Hampshires - Will look like a delaware but maybe a tad larger (FYI delawares originate from a barred rock/new hampshire cross-so these are just breeding back to original stock)
