Maybe.
I'd try to keep it moist.
Maybe see if you can wash it out with some saline?

What can she put on that eye to keep that eyelid from drying out?
I'm tempted to say some Neosporin on there wouldn't hurt.
Or castor oil.

Eye drops. Contact solution. Antibiotic eye drops from the vet.. Neosporin will make them lose vision in that eye. I tried it on a barn cat.

Have you tried moistening some feed and putting it on the end of your finger to see if Wobbles will nibble? Do you have any Terramycin eye ointment?

I had a cocker spaniel once that used to get eye infections. My vet had me to put Neosporin (well triple antibiotic ointment) in his eyes. It never hurt him.
But..a tiny duck may be different.

Thanks everyone for all the great advice! I really appreciate all the help! I have some good news! I tried the terrimycin and his third eyelid has gone back in place as of now. I have gotten him to eat some food and drink some water. I also got some nutridrench in him.

I think the poor sweetie could possibly be blind. I notice he runs into stuff a lot, falls down, and also misses the food when he pecks at it.
