Males don't develop male feathering until 3 months.Those feet say boy, hard to tell with the fence and being such a very white bird but I think I see the start of more boyish saddle feathers.![]()

It's not set in stone. Yes, i'm sure some early developing cockerels will develop male feathering at maybe 10 weeks.....(although i've never expirienced this) But i don't believe any males develop male feathering at 7-8 weeks.That is a good timeline but nothing is set in stone when it comes to chickens except that they are indeed chickens.![]()
