Problem solved. ( probably )

I think it’s shrink wrapped
Have you read the article on assisted hatching? It has lots of information about how to know if assistance is needed, and when the chick should be left to keep doing things at their own pace.

Two quotes:
"True shrinkwrapping does not happen as often as people say."
"What happens in shrinkwrapping is that the internal membrane pulls away from the shell and shrinks down over a chick so tightly that it cannot move to turn or get out of the egg."

It doesn't look shrink wrapped
The membrane just looks a bit dry
What is your humidity at? There's a hole in the membrane right?
My humidity is 57 but I’ve filled every water canal and even added wet paper towel and I still can’t get it up to 70. Anyways, it’s hard to see on camera but yes it’s very tiny though. More like a needle hole.

60 would be better, I think?
Try adding a damp sponge or cloth, adjust the size of the material to get the humidity about right

Should I help the egg? It’s trying to zip vertically through the egg but isn’t piercing anymore membrane

It pipped yesterday around 10am. Also if you help an egg pipped on the wrong end, do you help it on the end it pipped? (Even though it’s wrong side.) or do you candle it and help where the air sac instead?
You would help from where it pips, but very slowly. You'd usually open to about the size of a dime
Not sure what time it is where you are, but is that about 24 hours ago, that it pipped?
If so I'd give it a bit more time

Is it unusual for 10 of them to still not be pipped on day 23? Somebody said don’t worry till day 25 so. I’m hoping they will still hatch- Most of them are all wiggling around though.
