Production Decrease

I have 12 RIR, a leghorn, 2 barred rocks (hen and rooster), and an old bantam (who rarely lays). They are all around 18 months old. I usually get 12+ eggs a day. The last week I have only been getting 5-6 eggs a day. What could be causing this decrease?

-They were locked out side for 2 days this weekend while we did some construction inside the coop. Stress?
-They have been eating a lot more pears and tomatoes because that's whats ripening fast. They have access to layer food at all times. Diet?
-We processed one of the roosters that was in their pen a week or two ago. Stress?

Offhand, I'd guess the stress of being locked out. I doubt the loss of a rooster would stress them. Could they be laying somewhere else?
